Questions and Answers: Portable Cabins for Sale
How do I prepare my site prior to the delivery of the cabin shed?
You will need a level spot for your prefab cabin shed. If you place your cabin on cement, asphalt, or gravel you do not need any cement blocks placed under the runners. If you are placing your log cabin shed over grass or dirt, you may choose to use either cement blocks to place under the runners or prepare a bed of gravel. For more information see site preparation.
Do you offer your small cabin sheds in a kit form?
Yes, most of our portable cabins for sale are available in a kit form, precut with directions for assembly. You can either order a portable cabin shed kit or a prefabricated cabin shed! For more information see shed kits.
My property is too remote for delivering a cabin shed. Do you offer "on-site" construction?
Doubt that a log cabin shed can be delivered to your property? We can usually arrange to come to your property to evaluate the situation if necessary. For those tight spots where a building can’t fit through a fence, around trees, or around your house, we do offer on-site construction in NE Oregon. We normally would pre-cut the majority of your building at our shop (flooring, trusses, etc.), bring it to your property, and assemble it there.
